Formosa

Tea cultivation in Taiwan dates back to the 18th century. The high elevation tea gardens produce a unique sweet tea. They are primarily a lighter level of oxidation which produces a more floral flavor with a creamy mouthfeel and lingering finish. Varieties include Dongding, Alishan, Lishan, Oriental Beauty and JinXuan or Milk Oolongs.
