At Zerama Tea we want you to be happy with your purchase.
We try to package our orders as securely as possible but damage can occur. If this happens, please fill out the return form. You will be asked to either submit a photo of the damage or you can return the product. (We will provide a shipping label.) Once the product is returned or we have processed your request, we will issue a refund or credit.
If we have made a mistake in your order and you receive the wrong product. We will gladly send a replacement right away.
We try our best to accurately describe our products. We strongly encourage that you try sample sizes before purchasing large quantities of tea. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase please fill out the return request form. Products need to be returned to Zerama Tea at buyers expense. A store credit will be issued for remaining portion of product once return is received. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on sample sizes of tea.
All return requests must be made within 30 days.
