A delicious straw-colored liquor produces a flavor with notes of honey and grape with a slight spiciness. This tea has a surprisingly full body with a juicy finish and a lovely complexity. This tea pairs well with food.

Love it. It’s fresh, fragrant, a little sweet, definitely got a grape thing and a hint of clay. It’s not fussy, but you can dress it up with attention if you’re in the mood.

For portion, I settled on two big tablespoons @ 175-185F for my 18oz pot, and I thought it was just right.

This traditional single-estate Fujian White tea is produced in Fuding county, the birthplace of white tea.  Made with the top two leaves and silver buds the plant is withered on bamboo racks and heat dried. White tea is the most natural of teas in its processing. The farm has practiced organic farming methods for a number of years and produces teas with a wonderful depth of flavor.
