The Bi Tan Piao Xue translates to snow flying in a green lake. The taste is very mellow, with a deeply sweet aftertaste. It begins with premium green tea from the Emeishan 峨眉山 region. The tea is then blended with jasmine from neighboring Qian Wei County (犍为县) and a small amount (around 5%) of Magnolia blossoms. The process of scenting with the jasmine and magnolia of Bi Tan Piao Xue takes around three weeks. The magnolia brings a perfectly balanced sweetness.
