I love this tea! It’s full favored, but subtle. It makes for a great everyday tea — once I tried it, I realized how bland my daily tea had become. I think I’ll order some more right now!

This is one of my favorite black teas I have found from Zerama. It definitely has that roasted, sweet potato vibe with a nice, thick mouth feel. It drinks very smooth and is one of my favorite morning teas.

This is my first tea purchase and I’m really glad I chose this one, perfect for mornings, and has such a nice flavor. Super soothing, highly recommend.

I have quickly realized that I’ve never had good quality black tea before finding this gem. This has become one of my new favorites. I switch this up with other Zerama teas for my daily cup of tea.

The sweet potato scent is interesting, and the taste of the brew is very full and flavorful. The brewing instructions are too aggressive, and gave me a very bitter, over-extracted pot. Reducing the heat to 200 F and brewing for 1 minute yielded better results.

What a unique tea!! I love how it confuses my palate with Assam, Laoshan, and Japanese terroir notes. It’s so silky on the tongue. The second steep is woody and still smooth. Oh! New Zealand. I thought I tasted some sweet potato (which is very heavy in NZ black teas)

This delightful organic tea from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan is made from a cultivar traditionally used for green tea. When processed in the Chinese method as a black tea, it produces a lovely brew that has an incredibly fresh and smooth finish without any of the bitterness of other varieties of black tea.
