Jin Xuan is also known as “Milk Oolong” (Nai Xiang), and originates from Taiwan. This tea variety is well suited to high altitudes and is produced in Alishan in the central mountains of Taiwan at an altitude of 1100 meters. The tea has a naturally creamy mouthfeel which originally contributed to the name “milk oolong”. Many producers add artificial milk flavoring to enhance this. Our Jin Xuan has no added flavors, the complex flavors and aromas from artisan craftsmanship shine on their own.
